How quickly can I get a response?

Response time depends on the specificity of the inquiry — a request with category, grade and volume already specified gets a faster, more useful answer than a general pricing question, since stocklot pricing isn't fixed the way standard wholesale pricing is.

What documentation will I receive?

Invoices, certificates of origin, and sourcing documentation accompany every order, covering what the lot is, where it came from, and how it was graded before it shipped.
